JetML was founded in 2018 by Nick Mote, a tech leader and machine learning evangelist based in Portland, Oregon. Nick came to machine learning while solving complex pricing and operations problems for vacation rental management firm Vacasa and later for Nike’s Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning team.
Bringing machine learning to his teams was a huge challenge, even before the actual work of applying ML to solve problems began. Laptops are underpowered for handling large datasets and for training neural networks, and dev-ops resources are hard to come by at any size company.
Nick founded JetML with a vision to build the tool that his teams needed—a platform that makes machine learning solutions easier to create and deliver by the Data Scientists themselves. Additionally, JetML provides the toolsets and resources any newcomer needs to catch-up to the best data science teams.
JetML does the behind the scenes work so you can do the real work—solving the data problems that add value to your projects and data science career.
